Inferno leverages the LavaOS smart contract to execute trades. When you open a position, the contract locks your collateral, borrows additional funds, and swaps them for the desired token. Upon closing, it repays the loan and returns your initial capital plus any profits.
For example: With 1 SOL and a 2x long on $MEME, you receive 2 SOL worth of $MEME. If the price doubles, your position is now worth 4 SOL. After repaying the 1 SOL loan, you keep 3 SOL — netting a 2 SOL profit.
